I bought a 1999 F250 from Day and Night Truck Sales. They were excellent to deal with. I believe that such a vehicle purchasing experience is very rare. It's the little things in addition to the fact that they sell good vehicles. They let me take the truck on a 4 hour test drive so I could take it to a mechanic and have it looked out, they didn't ask for my drivers license or anything. I bought a 2006 F350 from day and night. And I’ll tell ya . Miss Katt was extremely helpful with this deal. I went to a big Ford dealer in Phoenix and was shut down on almost the exact same truck. The numbers were almost the same and the same trade in. But they didn’t wanna give me much for my trade. But Miss Katt did . And the fast approval shocked me. It took less then 2 hours for that. This family run business is exceptional. Although I was unable to purchase a truck from them, for the reasons below, they demonstrated honesty and integrity throughout the entire process. When I first met these people, I knew I could buy a vehicle from them and have confidence in the product. During the process of purchase, some issues were uncovered with the truck, most issues were resolved but there was one that we all did not feel comfortable about so we all collectively decided the truck might not meet my needs. She went out of her way to get the financing I needed due to it being a second auto loan. She really went up to bat for me! Came to pick the truck up and she let me drive it again to make sure I was satisfied, noticed a small tick that worried me so she let me take it to a shop ON MY TEST DRIVE to have it checked out before purchasing the truck. Ford F-250 Super Duty

Aloha, I found my 2006 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4x4 super cab, 6-speed on a craigslist add with Day 'n Night Truck Sales Online, LLC. I was skeptical going through a dealership because I don't have much of a credit history (never thought I'd need it until I enlisted a few years ago) and never bought a vehicle from a dealership before. I also had a 2004 Ford Ranger XLT single cab 2WD 5-speed that I owed nearly $3,200 on the loan. I felt much better about my situation once I talked to Kathleen "Katt" Frederick, who's a genuinely polite and caring person, to set up an appointment to check out the F-250. I drove from Tucson to Phoenix on Memorial Day weekend in my Ranger, hoping that I'd be coming back with something bigger and better. After test driving the F-250, I was in love. So I called my bank to have a loan processed. The only set back was that I was unable to be approved for the out-the-door price of $21K. That didn't stop Katt; she worked over-time trying to help me get a loan that was closer to the price that they were asking for. She made a few calls, and submitted the application a few times (because technology was slow that day), and I got approved for a $19.7K loan. Shockingly Katt agreed to give me the truck for that price. I drove home a more than happy man that day. For anyone looking to buy a truck that's been well maintained, priced right, and a little "gun shy" when it comes to buying through a dealership; I advise you to check out Day 'n Night Auto. I recently bought a 2005 F150 from Day and Night, when I first test drove the truck it was making noise. Kat said she would not sell the truck until it was fixed. Their mechanic replaced the exhaust manifold and I bought it. Three weeks later it wasn't running right so I called them. I spoke to Steve and was told to bring it back and he would drive it. He thought it needed plugs and asked me to leave it so he could take it to his mechanic. They replaced the plugs and only charged me $200. I had previously got estimates for plugs, one for $600 one for $800. The truck runs great and went from 10mpg to 15mpg. I would definitely recommend this company for your next truck purchase.

Steve and Kat are GREAT !!!!!! Called about a truck, had an approval the same day within a couple of hours. Drove to Tempe the next morning and everything was ready. They let us take the truck and told us take our time. They make you feel so comfortable, like visiting family. After we left we had an issue with locking keys in the truck :( , so Steve came to our rescue and did not leave us until we were in and ready to leave. TO BUY OR NOT TO BUY !!!

When I told my friends I was going to possibly buy a used car I was engulfed with all of the standard DO NOT DO IT LINES!!! Ie: I will be buying someone elses problems, warrenties not worth the paper they were written on, low ball pricing, bait and switch, sellers there today and gone tomorrow, cars that were stolen, cars that were in huge accidents, and were rejects from the auction house, or cars that were recovered as they floated down the Mississippi River. Well thank goodness I became the exception to all of the above. Nothing of the kind happened to me. I have run out of space regarding all the good things that happened. Great Experience

My wife and I had been shopping for a truck to fit our budget. I came across D&N on Craiglist while looking for a Dodge Dakota. The price was reasonable along with the miles. I called them to make sure they had the vehicle and completed the online credit application. Kat called us about an hour later saying that she had everything approved. All I can say is WOW! Once we arrived, Steve and Kat greeted us and showed us the truck. It looked better in person then it did in the pictures. The truck was detailed, polished, and had new tires. The transaction from start to finish took an hour. On the way home I noticed the AC was intermittently blowing cold to warm and the new tires needed to be balanced. I was skeptical but I called Kat on Monday told her what was going on. Immediately an appointment was made for Wednesday. My wife drove out there and was given a loaner vehicle for the day. As promised the items were taken care of. Would my wife and I buy another vehicle from them? A big huge YES. Thank you Steve and Kat.

I purchased a 2008 F250 from Kat at Day & Night. I was a first time buy, with less than perfect credit to say the least... I had shopped around at some of the Valley's bigger dealerships and was about ready to give up. Kat showed me the vehicle I wanted to see, and was able to make it work with what I had. She took time to explain things to me, and work with me, as I had never been through the process of financing anything before in my life. We are very impressed with Day and Night, and in particular, Kathleen. We are from Canada, but have a place in Surprise that we wanted a car for. They sold us a very clean Volvo XC90 that suited our purposes. When we tested it, it had very dark window tint and the passenger door wouldn't open from inside. They dealt with the tint and door with no question and no charge. We picked it up the next day, and it was perfect. Unfortunately, the door failed again the next day, and we were leaving the day after for home. I called to ask if they could find out from the shop which part I would need to order to fix it myself, but Kathleen insisted that they would take care of it, even though it would be January before we were back in town. Well, it's January. I called ahead, and Katt remembered the deal. I took the SUV in, they gave me a loaner and fixed the door...no charge. Kathleen took great care of us from the moment we walked in the door. They let us take as much time as we needed to inspect the vehicles and test drive them. After deciding on a vehicle the sales process was very quick and they didn't try any deceptive sales practices like you would find at a large volume dealer. We were very satisfied with our purchase until about three day later when we realized one of the wheel bearings was bad. I contacted Kathleen, she was very helpful and assisted in arranging the repair at a shop they deal with. The repair was done in one day and Day and Night picked up the tab. I was about to buy a ford connect from a dealer in Phoenix when I saw a better one on Craigslist. I called and spoke to Kathleen, she assured me that the ad is real and that the truck is ready to go. When I came over I checked it out and everything was just like she promised. I was happy and a bit surprised to find a small mom and pop local dealer who is honest and has great deals on quality cars. I bought the truck and even got an additional key for free! I had been searching for a truck for a few months and was getting tired of dealing with private sellers wanting more than retail value so I started looking at dealerships. Best Car Buying Experience

We just had the most pleasant and awesome experience purchasing a vehicle ever!! We purchased a 2005 Mercury Mountaineer from Day N Night in Tempe that was just about as clean as a brand new car. It runs beautifully and we got it for a very reasonable price. The best part was working with Kathleen and Steve who made the whole process so quick and easy, it was amazing. This was such a pleasant departure from the dreaded nightmare of working with a dealer to haggle over price and terms and then dealing with the mountains of paperwork and hours of wasted time. I always leave a dealership with an uneasy feeling, wondering if I got the best deal, or if I just got taken. Day N Night is a small family run business with good honest people. I left completely happy. I will definitely be purchasing all future vehicles there and will highly recommend them to friends and family. I just wish I had known about this place sooner.

My husband was in need of a “new” truck. We went to one of those “truck” dealerships only to be harassed and pressured into getting something that we didn’t want/weren’t going to be happy with. So we drove down to day & night. When we first pulled in, I thought oh great “a car dealership in a strip mall.” I wasn’t sure if I wanted to buy from such a small dealership. Boy was I wrong! I am so glad we went in that day. Kat and Steve were so sweet and helpful! They didn’t pressure us at all! We bought a truck that my husband loves! We did have a couple issues with the truck, but Kat and Steve were more than willing to fix it. They stayed late a few nights to allow us to race there after I got off work to drop the truck off or pick up stuff that we needed from them. We are still waiting for one issue to be fixed, but overall both of us were very happy with the service that was provided to us. If in the future we need another vehicle we will definitely come to day & night again.

We purchased a 2003 Ford F150 from Day N Night Auto on 6/17/15 at an excellent value, below ***** **** **** pricing. This is a family business and they sell used vehicles at excellent prices. They had about 30 vehicles to pick from. Even though we walked in the door at closing time they still accommodated us in a genuinely friendly way. We were offered cold water to drink on this 115 degree day and the vehicle was quickly made ready for a test drive. The entire process took about an hour, and we left their office 60 minutes later with keys in hand and drove away in the "new" vehicle. When we took the car to our mechanic for a once over he said that no repairs were needed. I am still in awe of how easy the process was. I took a handful of their business cards to provide to anyone who tells me they are in the market for a vehicle. In the past I've experienced the inconvenience of used car dealers and also the hassle of the big dealers so it really was a pleasure to conduct business in their hassle free and friendly environment. I would recommend this business 100%.

2011 Silverado pick up

We spent approx 1 year looking for trucks on Craigslist, dealerships we passed on the roadways, local dealers with absolutely HORRIBLE results. My husband saw an ad for a 2011 Silverado pick up truck at Day N Night in Tempe. They confirmed the details in the ad so though we had driven to Laveen the day before to see a truck off of Craigslist that was pictured beautifully and was a disaster, we went to Tempe to see the truck. It was exactly as pictured, they made a super deal, seemed very forthright. We drove the truck and knew we wanted it. The car fax report confirmed everything they said. There was no hard sell, just a fair deal. Then they worked quickly to process the paperwork so we missed rush hour driving back home. Its a family run business which keeps their overhead low and sells cars for fair prices. I will check with them first before purchasing a car in the future to see if they have one in their inventory.

I bought a 2011 GMC Sierra and this was the most easy going and fun truck buying experience I ever had. They never treated me like I was a paycheck, they treated me as if I was a friend they were helping out. The process was laid back and friendly at all times. I bought an extremely clean 2001 Mustang Cobra Laser Red convertible with 80K miles on it from Katt and Steve. We negotiated via email and phone and came upon an agreed price. No buyer's remorse here

I'd used their online inventory to find a truck that I was very interested in, but also found a Mitsubishi that was under my price range and figured I'd give it a look as well. The truck had been sold earlier in the day,but the car was still there. They let me take the time I wanted to check it out without any pressure and there were no issues with taking the car out for a test drive. Needless to say I bought it and am very happy with my purchase.

I just purchased a Ford F-250 single cab work truck for my son's first vehicle from Day and Night. The words honest and fair are never synonymous with a car dealer, but Day and Night have broke the mold and made me a believer that there are actually still some good people out there. They were honest on our first visit telling me that the first truck my son wanted WASN'T a good truck for a first time driver. Very friendly, family run business. I had the pleasure of dealing with the wife owner, who was very courteous and answered all our questions about the truck we purchased. The truck had an excellent price and was marked down with a cash price, making it an even better deal. I am a disabled veteran and they agreed to absorb the taxes, which really helped. Also, the truck was a 2002 Ford F-150 XLT with 190,000 miles, so obviously I took it straight to a mechanic on base and had it checked out. All it needed was a u-bearing and the usual fluid flushes and oil change, even with that the truck was still a very good deal and in excellent condition considering the year it was manufactured and the high millage. I told my brother who is an Army veteran about them as he is considering purchasing a vehicle in the near future and I hope he seriously considers looking at Day and Night auto group first. I have been taken advantage of by Acura dealership off of bell rd in Glendale Arizona in the recent past and Day and Night auto group brought back some faith in honorable car dealerships.
